We do not expect you to work 24/7. There will be time to sleep and time to rest. If you have the reading done beforehand, you can use reading time for outside activities or for a nap. Also after dinner, there will be time to sit back, relax, have a drink and discuss various topics with your colleagues or go to a whirlpool or a sauna. There will also be breaks during the lectures.
