Draft World Anti-Doping Code 2021
In less than two years, the World Anti-Doping Code 2021 will come into force. The draft brings certain significant modifications to the functioning of the World Anti-Doping Programme, many of which we will discuss at the summer school in July 2019. more

CAS Anti-Doping Division soon in operation
The second week of our summer school will focus on anti-doping. The creation of the special CAS Anti-Doping Division is a big step towards a more effective fight against doping in sport. It should function from 1 January 2019. more

European Court of Human Rights ruled in Mutu and Pechstein case
Last Tuesday, the ECHR finally issued the ruling in Pechstein and Mutu case. It concerned the question of independence and impartiality as well as other aspects of the Court of Arbitration for Sport, which we will discuss in detail in the summer 2019. more
