New lecturers 26 April 2017

Two more lecturers will join us in the mountains this year: Professor Monica Claes (University of Maastricht) will talk about the role of constitutional courts in promoting or opposing EU values, and Professor Dimitry Kochenov (University of Groningen) will discuss the rule of law in the EU.
