2018 Lecturers: Radim Polčák 12 April 2018

Let us introduce our next lecturer – Radim Polčák, a leading expert in IT law.

Radim has JUDr. and Ph.D. degrees from Masaryk University in Brno. In 2013 he obtained a doc. (habilitation) for his research on „Internet and Metamorphoses of Law“. He is also a panelist of the .eu ADR arbitration court for .eu domain names and a member of the Czech Arbitration Centre, where he is a panelist of the .cz tribunal. He is a founder of scholarly magazine called „Masaryk University Journal of Law and Technology“. Finally, Radim is the head of the Institute of Law and Technology department of Masaryk University.
