Zubkov is an Olympic champion, but only in Russia. 13 January 2019

According to a Russian court, Alexander Zubkov can keep two gold medals from the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, even though the CAS confirmed the IOC's decision to strip him of medals for doping. Zubkov remains an Olympic champion, but only in Russia. How will this conflict between sports law and national law be resolved?
