Day 9: Fundamental values, monetary union and austerity 19 July 2016

Tuesday was all dedicated to the general course. Jan talked about EU’s fundamental values, the core of the European integration - the market and competition and after the lunch, issues of monetary union, austerity policies and wealth redistribution in the EU were addressed. Given the fact that among the participants there were students from all parts of Europe, the discussion on this topic was particularly enriching.
