Participants will be led through various topics focusing on the interaction of law and sport in European and international context. General courses will be focused on sports law and EU law, whereas the specialization courses on Olympic law and the fight against doping in sport. Keynote lectures will be dedicated to the issue of conditional autonomy of sporting governing bodies towards EU law and the role of the EU in sports policy. 

The Summer School will be held between 30th June and 14th July at Patejdlova bouda in the Giant Mountains  in the Czech Republic.
The new topic for the 2019's edition of the CLS Summer School, View from a Mountain is Global Law of Sport.
