Our lecturer Zdeněk Kučera, an expert on IT law, specializes in electronic contracting issues, negotiation of technology contracts, personal data protection, on-line marketing legal regulation, and also assessing of deployment of IT products on the market.

Zdeněk Kučera is the guarantor of subjects Law and Informatics and Law and Business at the Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University in Prague. He has worked under the Interdepartmental Center for Development of Legal Skills at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague, where he holds courses in Law of Information and Communication Technologies. Besides, he has taught International Commercial Cases at Shandong University Weihai School of Law in China.

He has worked as an advisor to the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and has published a number of articles, teaching materials and also his dissertation thesis on Cross-border aspects of torts in cyberspace.
