CLS Summer School 2019 (almost) one month after. 8 August 2019

In this year's edition of the Summer School, we have welcomed almost 20 students from all around the world at Patejdlova bouda. Accompanying them during those two weeks were excellent lecturers from the most prestigious institutions. As has been the case in the previous years, the informal enviroment of a challet in the middle of a National park helped to create a friendly atmosphere where both the students and the lecturers had a good time. The organizing team fondly remembers the late night discussions about Sports Law related topics, for example with David Svoboda (the Olympic winner in Modern Pentathlon). Some of us also managed to go hiking during the first weekend. Others went to explore the secrets of old Prague.

The very end of the academic programme belonged to moot court in which all the students took part and performed very well. Outside the scope of the academic programme, we finished the Summer School with a barbecue and a decent party. As we, the members of the organising team, hold a fond memories of the whole event, we hope that rest of the participants feel the same.
